日本将大规模清理中国等海外盗版动漫网站
日本15家动漫制作公司将联合出版社，于8月1日开始针对网络上的动漫盗版作品展开大规模的清扫行动，对包括中国在内的约580家海外盗版动画网站发出删除要求，同时引导人们去仅需支付数百日元就可以观看大量正版的网站。据日本文化厅统计，每年仅中国盗版网站就使版权侵害金额达340亿人民币。
微软中国遭工商总局调查
7月28日晚间，微软中国内部人士证实，国家工商总局突然调查微软北京、上海等四地分公司办公室，是因为有人向工商总局投诉微软违反了国内《反垄断法》。有业内人士猜测，微软强行让XP系统退役，可能触犯了《反垄断法》，从而引发了反垄断调查。
对于微软遭反垄断调查原因，国家工商总局证实，已对微软涉嫌垄断行为正式立案调查，并披露了微软遭反垄断调查的原因：微软公司存在对其Windows操作系统和Office办公软件相关信息没有完全公开造成兼容性问题、搭售、文件验证等问题，涉嫌违反中国《反垄断法》。
百度证实开发半无人驾驶汽车
据外媒报道，继谷歌5月份宣布将开发无人驾驶汽车后，百度也透露类似计划。百度深度学习实验室副主管余凯近日接受采访时首次证实，他们的确启动了无人驾驶汽车开发计划，但这款汽车只能称为半无人驾驶汽车，还需要司机介入操控，“就像马一样”。
谷歌正在开发的无人驾驶汽车，无需人类干预。汽车中将没有方向盘、油门踏板或刹车踏板，软件和传感器将取代这些功能。

国泰空中霸王遭击落事故发生于1954年7月23日，香港国泰航空的一架DC-4“空中霸王”客机，从泰国曼谷返港途中，于海南岛三亚以东之公海上空被两架中国人民解放军空军战机击落，事件造成10死8伤。3天后的7月26日，美军战机发动报复性袭击，在海南岛东部海域击落解放军空军两架战斗机。
事后，中华人民共和国向国泰赔偿251400英镑和向英方赔偿367000英镑。事发后解放军空军航空兵第29师第85团当事长机飞行员赵旭被判处有期徒刑1年；僚机飞行员韩光荣被禁闭1个月；此战地面指挥员、中国人民解放军空军航空兵第18师副师长曹振邦则受到纪律处分。

CNNIC今日发布调查报告
7月21日下午消息，中国互联网信息中心CNNIC今日发布第34次调查报告，报告显示，截至2014年6月，我国网民规模达6.32亿，其中手机网民达5.27亿，较2013年底增加2699万人，网民中使用手机上网的人群占比提升至83.4%，相比2013年底上升了2.4个百分点。
报告显示，截至2014年6月，中国网站数量为273万个，相比2013年12月下降了15%。看来《扫黄打非·净网2014》的运动搞的真是有声有色啊。
iPhone在日本最牛，在中国输得最惨
苹果iOS在日本占据了超过50%的市场，但在中国的份额仅为14.7%。为何苹果iPhone在中国和日本的表现，呈现出如此大的差异？其中一个原因是，中国有超过三分之二的手机用户，正在使用或练习使用智能手机，其中的主力便是千元智能机。但恰恰是在这个价位上，苹果没有任何产品可以提供。

谷歌今天发布了截至6月30日的2014财年第二季度财报。报告显示，谷歌第二季度总营收为159.6亿美元，比去年同期的131.1亿美元增长22%；按照美国通用会计准则，谷歌第二季度净利润为34.2亿美元，比去年同期的32.3亿美元增长6%。

网盘云存储或成盗版新温床
从2006年开始迅速风行的网络视频一直都在盗版与反盗版的博弈中前行。在信息高速公路上，伴随着互联网新技术的不断突破，一些视频盗版新业态、新领域也得以再一次突破。
快播的转型还不能等同视频盗版到此为止，盗版之所以屡禁不止还在于有中国用户长期存在的刚性需求。
相比快播软件，如今逐渐流行的网盘、个人云储存，集成了离线下载、在线点播等多项功能，无疑是快播的一种变种，加上用户间上传资源实现集体共享，或将成下一个盗版视频栖息的温床。网盘具有私密性，个人储存行为很难断定是否触犯法律，就目前而言，还没有针对在自己硬盘保存盗版、色情电影的具体处罚案例，而网盘和硬盘是否同一概念，还需要法律来厘定。
广电叫停网络盒子电视回看功能
新闻出版广电总局网络视听节目管理司再次发文，要求部分互联网电视集成播控平台取消集成平台里直接提供的电视台节目时移和回看功能。

阿里巴巴集团周四向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了IPO（首次公开招股）招股书增补文件。文件显示，阿里巴巴集团计划在纽约证券交易所（NYSE）挂牌，股票交易代码为“BABA”。

甲骨文宣布53亿美元收购Micros Systems
北京时间6月23日晚间消息，甲骨文宣布，已同意通过价值53亿美元的交易收购零售、接待服务业软件销售商Micros Systems(MCRS)，甲骨文将每股68美元现金收购该公司。这一声明佐证了媒体稍早时有关本次交易的报道。
甲骨文在声明中表示，预计本次收购将在2014年下半年完成。本次交易是甲骨文2010年以74亿美元收购升阳微系统(Sun Microsystems)以来最大规模的一次并购。
