a.您向转入方提交转入申请后,BR会发给域名管理员邮箱一信邮件(请确保管理员邮箱为您自己的。如果该信箱为万网的邮箱domainadm@HICHINA.COM，或者是已经失效的，或者是无法确认管理的邮箱，请尽快去会员区提交国际英文域名信息修改。)，告之域名被锁定及解锁链接,邮件内容如下:

A request has been made to transfer the domain "XX.COM" from
BulkRegister to the registrar ''Xin Net Technology Corporation''.
This domain is protected by TransferGuard lock status and the request has
been rejected. For more information on TransferGuard please visit

b.进入http://www2.bulkregister.com/promoTransferGuard.html后,点击左下方click here 后,输入域名及识别码,管理员邮箱便会收到来自support@bulkregister.com 的一封信.
c.点开信中链接,输入识别码,选择Enable TransferGuard提交便可解锁.
d.12-24小时数据库刷新后便可向转入方提交转入申请.
